He’s said lately that St Aug isn’t holding up worth a shite in his DFW area and he’s getting blamed for it. But in reality they’ve had record droughts, heat, and cold in the last three years alone.
States that DFW is the northern limit for St Aug, which I did not know.

Other issue with SA is torpedo grass.
Completely untreatable in SA.
Bermuda you have some options and cutting lower and more frequently its not as big of a problem.
