He probably realizes that throwing money at the public school system isn’t going to fix it. The issue isn’t a lack of upgraded schools and teachers not making enough money, the issue is that a large percentage of parents in this state are losers. No amount of money going into public education is going to change that.

a student in elementary can literally scream f you and f you and f you multiple times an hour in elementary and federal laws protect them from being removed. There is no fixing this type of crap.

The teacher must just follow an iep for intervention. All the while class is constantly disrupted. Then add in the mandated curriculums and very little time is used to address real, committed students
