Hell, The Bluffs isn't in any worse of a location than Carter Plantation is.

Carter has a pretty big area it can draw from. BR is 45 minutes away and Hammond is only 20 minutes away. Hammond's golf course is pretty blah so a good many people take the short ride to Carter and play a much better course at a very similar price to Oak Knoll.

For the Bluffs BR is the only area with big numbers near it and it's still a 40ish minute drive. Plenty of golf can be played in BR for a decent price so a 40 minute drive to play is going to be a once in a while deal for most BR golfers.

That's fair, but then again, most of the golf in BR is on the outskirts of town already. Pelican Point, Greystone, The Island, Copper Mill and Beaver Creek are all a decent drive already, and none of them feature the elevation changes at The Bluffs. Beaver Creek is a decent drive for me, but if The Bluffs was open and in the same condition, I'd drive the extra 15 minutes.
