I agree. If that is the case then it will be how much can we afford as Thornton stated. He seems to hint the SKC can’t do a big uplift or renovation.

There isn’t much that can be done to SKC because it was lowballed from the moment ground broke. They took the cheapest route possible to save about $150m.
