Trump has long boasted to have been "the most pro-Israel president of all time," and with good justification -- at least (arguably) until Biden. Trump is currently campaigning on the ludicrous idea that Biden is betraying Israel, and Jews who vote Democrat hate their own religion. Jared Kushner is holding secret meetings with Netanyahu, while Trump continues to hold secret meetings with Miriam Adelson, the widow of his chief financial backer in 2020. Trump has never once criticized the Israeli decimation of Gaza on principle -- only that the offensive is not happening quickly enough, and there are too many unfortunate images of its results being disseminated in the media.

So are all these "dissident right" types who claim to have undergone a major revelation on Israel just going to seamlessly transition to their standard reflex of cheerleading for Trump -- who stands 100% opposed to their claimed newfound beliefs? If so, they're still the same pandering hacks you always suspected they were
