Did you actually see it hit 0 that many times? If not, it’s more likely that the electronic board is just not working correctly.
Edit: They also might be setting up that table and it isn’t live yet. When they are opening a table and turn on the sign it is all 0s

This is the correct answer. I’ve seen the above-pictured scenario in person due to the board not functioning.
