I think he brings up at least a valid issue: how much weight to give one incident when compared to the totality of a person’s life.

Especially when no one died or was seriously injured.

I remember thinking about this with Darren Sharper - he did some disgusting things but also contributed so so much for a perennially downtrodden city and fanbase.

Rice could have done the literal same thing and if placement of cars around him were slightly different, people could have died.
