Maybe so but Wygovy wasn’t approved until 2021 for weight loss.It didn’t get a lot of traction until late 2022,took off 2023.
So I consider it hasn’t been in widespread use for 5 years which is my metric.
As I said,I would do the gastric sleeve surgery before I would take it.The listed potential side effects turn me off.

So an expensive, invasive, irreversible procedure over a safe, affordable, non-permanent, once a week subQ injection that is getting the same results. Noted
