Obviously that is the ideal way to do things, but for some people, perhaps taking Ozempic or Mounjaro gives them the push they need to get started. I simply see no reason to crap all over that by calling them "fatties" or what not. If it helps "jump start" them, gets them healthy and they continue on, then isn't that the ultimate goal? But whatever. I know your schtick.

Because they’re miserable fricks who want fattys to remain fat so they can all share the same level of misery. That’s my only theory at this time. OP is losing weight, eating better, working out, and it still isn’t enough for some of these needle dicks. And if we’re being honest here, I’d be willing to bet over half of them could benefit from GLPs.
