Whats dumb is playing armchair chemist and using these things for weight loss without any medical supervision and I'd argue even with medical supervision things can go very wrong. Its not going to end well for a lot of these folks but whatever it takes right?

who are you talking about? 99% are getting from their doctor, might be a med spa but still a doctor.....prolly less than 1% of people getting from grey market and even most of those are only switching due to cost and still under doctors care

we have 2 outcomes

1) they do nothing and stay the same. because lets be honest 99% of people are not losing the weight naturally

2) take the medicine, deal with some small sides for 99.99% of people

which one do you think provides better medical outcomes?

You realize these side effects very rarely occur right? You sound like you’re getting your info from the dipshits on main stream media. As for the infamous gastroparesis you hear of, it’s occurring mostly in diabetics who are already prone to it.
