I saw that, but their site is not mobile friendly at all. It is a disaster on mobile, actually.

Seems to me they’ve been particularly hesitant to lower their projections for named storms from the April forecast thru August. So they are really sticking it out there with 23. Of course it does seem like everything gets a name nowadays.
