I had a shitty doctor Rx Xanax for me when he couldn’t diagnose me (to his credit he referred me to someone who did, w cancer). When I finally got an oncologist, she was pissed that anyone would do that. Never took anything after that first appointment. Something about her reaction helped me just deal sans pills.

I'd like to not white knuckle flights from LAX to Melbourne (16h55m) for more than 2/3 a of the flight.
