It plainly states that she "observed people getting into physical confrontations with the police..." outside of that, she "...observed barrieres..." she "...observed people walking past the barriers and not being chased..."
so, this means she is charged with being in a protected place. period.
are you and your limitless stupidity saying that she SHOULD be charged with "fighting with police" (as you say) because she was near the fight? you serious?

Yes she isn't charged with any violent crimes, nor did I say she was (or should have been, for that matter)
