If we were talking about living there and not just visiting I could understand Louisiana being so low, but as visiting there’s no way. Maryland (and Baltimore) is literally Louisiana writ small with not as good food or fun a city. In fact, I’ll list all the states I think are hands down worse to visit than Louisiana:
Oklahoma
Kansas
Nebraska
North Dakota
South Dakota
Wisconsin
Iowa
Indiana
Ohio
Connecticut
Rhode Island
Delaware
Maryland
Mississippi
And those are just the easy ones. I could probably add at least half a dozen more, but you catch my drift.
