Jabra elites are the best for staying in your ears IMO.

The problem is that very fear earbuds are reliably good for calls. They'll all work, but if you don't want people to tell you they can't hear you well every other day, the options dwindle a lot. AirPods are better than most because of the design, but I don't know what the best current non-Apple option would be.

Just saw you said wired was an option, and if so then your call quality options likely get a good bit better.
