But Willy was one of those guys too. We already have a good coach, I am not sure why we should take a risk when he’s done well IMO.

He’s not the best X’s and O’s coach in the league but that is a skill he can improve, especially given a better roster

Willie was NOT ONE of those guys. All those coaches above excelled in their X and O knowledge. Willie was hired in large part due to culture and communication. Hes in his third year and hes making X and O mistakes- basic assistants wouldn’t make. A better roster wont make it better. Hes had a better roster every year.
