Garage with appropriately sized doors to fit a slightly lifted f250, with room to walk around it, in each of three main bays, plus a smaller bonus bay for bicycles and other wheeled kid contraptions.

Soft close cabinets and drawers. This may be standard by now. It should be.
Walk in pantry with door that triggers overhead light.
Mud room in the house I grew up in was its best feature. We were in the country, hunted, had livestock, etc., so we often had muddy/shitty boots and gear. The room had a tile floor with a drain in the center, deep sink, washer and dryer, closet with gun mounts, huge peg board for hanging coats, and several drawers and cabinets for knives, ammo, flashlights, etc. that we could grab quickly when heading out the back door.
