But not by much. If you look at statistical maps, a lot of the state's issues (crime, low education performance, and poverty) are concentrated in certain neighborhoods in NOLA, BR, Monroe, Shreveport and also small towns like Bastrop, Opelousas, Bogalusa, etc.

Would it be exactly like Vermont or Utah? No, but most of the state's problems aren't caused by bad ole MAGA country bumpkins that the libs tend to hate so much.

If Louisiana had a white supermajority, we would probably be similar to a state like Iowa, South Dakota, or Wisconsin. We would have a much higher average testing score and a much lower crime rate.
