That’s bullshite.
I work for an environmental compliance firm and we use fedex ground, uline, etc to ship things to some of the most remote areas of Arizona, NM, etc you can imagine
Just today I ordered a 55 gallon hazardous waste drum to be delivered to a site in Kayenta, AZ.

And the USPS is delivering a bunch of that stuff. Companies can easily use FedEx or UPS but a resident of a small town cannot. Grandma isn’t printing labels off the internet.
