You mean they can't find people who want to work FOR THAT WAGE .


The price of EVERYTHING else has gone up by leaps and bounds. Why do you think the value of a man's labor shouldn't rise to match that. I'm having the same fight with my employer right now and will make a move if they don't increase my compensation. It's unfair and they've lied and pulled the rug out and said they were coming and then moved the goalposts too many times.

The American worker is getting fricked most of all in this economy and these bloated corporations have the gall to blame us.

Increased productivity has come from technology, not labor.

Employers will simply invest in more tech and less labor.

Employers purchase less labor when the price increases.
