We started requiring college degrees for jobs that simply don’t need them.
Construction outfits will hire them today, with no training.
Train them to make a real wage.
Fast food workers are too lazy for actual labor, and are too incompetent to learn a skill.. They want the government to keep giving them raises.

Electricians, plumbers, welders, mechanics, appliance repair....all need people. And these are skills that pay and the need will never go away. The cashier at Family Dollar and the fry cook at Burger King aren't supposed to make a living wage. I know this thread is about small business, but that's where this push is coming from. Unskilled, lazy people that want to work 25hrs a week at a fast food joint and make bank.

What are you talking about? Louisiana is a poverty state and minimum wage has been the same rate since 2009. The government hasn't given them a raise in 15 years

The last proposal was to raise it to $10. Not all people are too lazy to go get a job, I mean somebody has to flip the burgers that this fat country consumes non stop. Sometimes that's about as much as a person can physically do or learn to do, and $10 won't get you anything today, much less $7.25.
