Seems they've been on a bit of a witch hunt in the monroe city school system, wen't after Vidrine then Tannehill and Guererrio.
Guererrio was my baseball coach at St Freds back in the day, kind of a shady character but I doubt to the extent they are claiming it was.
Monroe City School System is shite show

Please elaborate on who "they've" is?
I don't have a dog in the fight but if he's done no wrong why would he up and resign?

From what I have heard why he resigned, there are 3 possible reasons and the only one who knows for sure is Jeff.
One is he was upset about the inquiry and as it is in like most places, especially Monroe, is you are guilty until proven innocent. Maybe he was pissed being blamed for no wrong doing.
Or there was something he did but it wasn’t bad enough to drag his good name through mud but enough to let him gracefully resign. I doubt this.
I also heard that the Neville Principle, Mickey McCarty, was thinking of going in a different direction with the team since he was the previous coach and has multiple state titles under his belt. I heard he was thinking of reassigning Jeff into another role and he didn’t want that, but who knows. Anything right now is just speculation.
