Was traveling recently with family and saw my FILs large pill box. For people on TRT, it is part of their "weekly pill box" that they will likely need for the rest of their lives.
To answer your question directly, for longevity, I believe there are numerous lifestyle/health choices not involving TRT I can make now and in the next 25 or so years that may help me live a healthy life in my 70s, lord willing. Outside of vitamins, unless I have a medical issue or get to the point where it is absolutely needed I don't want to be on anything I have to take consistently to maintain my quality of life.
I know a lot of younger people take TRT for aesthetic and competitive reasons, thankfully I'm not worried about either of those. And Ernie is awesome, and definitely on TRT and/or PEDs, but he is an actor and if it helps him get more roles I support it.
