The school needs to build up the area around it to facilitate growth so students don't have to go all the way to stangs etc.

Doesn't help that Monroe bars will systematically shut down to drive traffic to other bars owned by the same people.

The one by the river is fun when it's open.


Especially in an area that shady they should be trying to gentrify it
