Some may argue that it is being a dick to your kid to let them endure ridicule from their peers. This bunny story is transitory, from belief into knowing, at that age range.

If it was a 5 yr old, go along.
5th or 6th grade, time to find out some of the real world and have them participate in the setup for the younger kids. That way they can enjoy both knowing and doing.

Why? I mean its cute when they are toddlers, but you don't want them to be old enough to think "what else are they lying about?"
