what this board wants in politics will never happen. Not saying that some things should happen. The crazy part to watch is when this board gets all excited over the next person to save the country and then that person doesn't. Mike Johnson is prime example of this.

The left wants whatever the establishment tells them to want. They are loyal to a fault. The party slides ever-further into clown world despotism, but they win. The right wants everyone to be ideologically pure, while no one can agree what ideological purity really looks like. They slide leftward much more slowly than democrats and maintain greater loyalty to founding principles, but attack each other constantly and never win.
