This is a terrible take. O surrounded himself with great coaches and caught lightening in a bottle. Then he didn't know how to handle success, and didn't replace the coaches around him correctly. CJJ has a proven track record of success and is a tactician. He will get this team figured out. Is it an Omaha team...doubtful, but they will get better and they should have success later in the season.

Orgeron never led another team to the playoffs. Johnson took Arizona to the championship series. Not even remotely comparable

Only lost the starting 1B, 2B, SS, CF, RF, Friday & Saturday Starters plus a couple other key pieces from the dugout & bullpens.
