re: St Louis Mayor wants to hold business owners accountable for violent crime near stores

I want to be a mayor and start a all races except black coalition. Its not fair that black mayors get to meet and discuss issues and other mayors don't have that opportunity. It will welcome all except for blacks... since they have their own.
