6'3 295
Former Texas Tech current Indiana player
Appeared in 34 games
11 starts last year
Made 30 tackles
Sounds like a respectable depth piece with only 1 year of eligibility
Would prefer to wait on these spots till after spring when the ceilings improve in terms of Top 3 rotational pieces and potential starters
I don't care about who is 5th or 6th best on the Depth Chart

This guy is likely a starter here. His 72 PFF grade last year is higher than anyone we currently have and just look at his offer list can’t slow play him half the SEC is after him.

We are desperate to even field a below average SEC DL that goes 2 deep.

lol what?
I don’t know why some of you think there’s about to be all conference level players in the spring portal

This dude had a higher pff grade than Mason Smith last year as a starter and you think he wouldn’t start over fricking Jalen Lee and Shon Washington

It’s very clear that most people on this site have no idea what to look at when it comes to DTs. I’m not saying I’m some savant, but spitting out tackle stats, does not tell the story for a DT. Especially a DT that will be in Baker’s system. We need dudes to eat blocks and stuff the middle up.

He probably starts here along with Shone. We should have a solid 4 man rotation at DT.

He is married with 2 kids. This guy is a highly motivated serious individual who will want play great, improve his draft stock and get to the league. I hope we land him.

He’s got offers from every major p5 program essentially lol.
We desperately need this guy on our dline. An experienced grown arse man

You aren’t paying attention if you think the spring portal session isn’t going to be popping with big time players.
You already have coaches bitching about not knowing what their roster will look like following spring.

I have hopes that Guillory gets coached up by Davis and plays with the same intensity before the whistle that he displays after the whistle

Apparently ipodking thinks so

I mean, there will very likely be some big names coming out of teams that won’t sniff the playoff but that’s about it.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that either.

80% of transfers are for coaching changes and playing time
Throw coaching changes out the window as there will basically be no coaching changes in spring
You aren’t gonna have Walter Nolan’s in the spring portal

So if we get this guy would we likely be done at DT or would we take a third if it was the right guy. I believe the secondary will be much improved this year provided we can pressure the QB. Does anyone know round about where we are numbers wise if we count 1-2 more DTs on roster

There will be good players in the spring portal. I have zero problem with taking blidi.
I would've held off on the other spot but people don't realize how bad the d line is. I mean jalen Lee might actually start as of now.
