Tell that to most divorce attorneys. If Travis puts a ring on it or gets one past the catcher’s mitt, he could get custody of the child and would receive some sweet child support payments from Swift in a divorce and he would be entitled to half of the couple’s earnings during the marriage as community property. Also, with her wealth, he should also request to receive an alimony check especially if she calls off the marriage and is the one cheating.


I could imagine there would be a prenup drawn up before any wedding, but depending on the court, much like non compete, a prenup can have holes in them even with the best attorneys money can buy.
