Listen to any interview with him where he’s off the cuff, and it’s an endless stream of “Uhhh and ahhh,” and nothing but memorized talking points and word salad.

He was a great actor that could follow a script. However, he had zero improv skills.
This board didn't think Obama was in charge when he was president, but all of a sudden thinks he's running things now??? I think he's just a soothing voice that comforts Joe. Joe might think Obama is still President. Obama tells Joe what to do, but he's just the messenger.
