The whole article was a campaign add for Gravy Williams. He initiated it. Collis Temple is the only racist in that story and the real scumbag that used is political connections to become a slum lord and get government contracts. Jim Barhard/JBE are the real problems at LSU because they put Collis there in the first place, because Barnhard couldn't be on the BOS and win the physical plant contract at LSU.

The Main "young black man" was a convicted drug dealer and was trying to raise a family on a graduate student stipend and student loans (which are probably already forgiven). He had not accepted that he caused his own problems. This is about wasted potential it wasn't about the economic disparity in Baton Rouge. His example made bad choices and was paying the price. As a felon, how did he qualify for all the student aid? The article is bullshite and the guy got played by Temple and Gravy. Their best example was a felon.

Kelly was there so Collis Temple could show that he was calling the shots. The Author and the people at the WP useful idiots in LA politics. Elections have consequences. We will be paying for JBE and his cronies for years to come.
