Duhhh. Someone needs to learn to read fricking English. That's the new Sunshine Skyway I posted a photo of and was referring to, numbnuts. They were put into place when the old bridge was replaced after this happened.



That happened 44 years ago. Authorities in charge of maintaining the FSK bridge were fricking retarded for not learning from the Sunshine Skyway disaster.
