It took them 4.5 years to build the new Sunshine Skyway Bridge once they started construction 3 years later. The new bridge will be comparable to that construction. They'll build a similar cable-stayed bridge with a wider ship channel. They'll get funding quickly, it'll be marked under strategic national importance.
