I don’t think all relationships with women are some form of prostitution one way or another, I am not jaded enough to think all woman want one or two things. My dating experience has not been as such. The relationships I am surrounded by are not as such. That does not make me deluded

Do I think that my chances of finding a woman in America that isn’t looking for a ticket to America is higher yes, because they live in America.
Do I think my chances of dating a woman that makes just as much as me and doesn’t need my money is higher in America than in poorer countries or non western countries? Yes

No idea what you mean by “do I have the right?” You have the right to do whatever you want as long as it’s legal
