Of course they will settle, but to say that family is "going to own Hilton" Thats just ignorant.
Does the family that had their daughter eaten by an alligator at Disney World a few years ago own Disney World?

Yep. The family will get an 8- figure settlement from insurance, no one will “own Hilton”.
