WW2 era Japs were absolutely barbaric. Their methods of torture and execution were absolutely horrifying, and they stacked up a body count that would make Hitler blush.

They would do shite like chain live POWs to the deck of a submarine and dive, or cut off body parts of live POWs, cook them, eat them, and toss them in a ditch to die.
