There was another thread on this a while back. One responder said he uses 2 1/2 cups of bleach and 3/4 cup of jomax in a gallon of water that was very effective.
What I do in some spots (roof of porch) is after rinsing with a power washer - spray on Wet & Forget and leave it on to help stop the mold from coming back. But with the W&F, you need to be careful around plants (or wet them first) because it will discolor them.
