We have to stop throwing the ball in the dirt on two strike counts especially with a runner on 3rd. We’ve been doing it for 25 years. I really don’t like that call in major college baseball. It doesn’t make sense. You rarely see wasted pitches in the majors.

That is a terrible take, man. We probably strike out 20 guys like that for every run that sneaks home.
