My guess is the argument would be that their suit purposely used faulty methodologies which has adversely impacted their livelihoods and that the faulty methodologies were applied solely for political purposes, instead of seeking out justice for a harmed party.

they probably aren’t crying over their tax evaluation.
Nothing in NY is stopping them from selling their properties. The Eccles Building is in DC
