Islamists, false flag by Putin, rogue Ukrainians . One of those . Regardless, this outrage will unify Russians as these things always do.
My guess is Islamists. They never sleep and Ukrainians aren’t this suicidal as they would be ensuring their own annihilation. Although you never know, right?
