Take COVID inflation out, whats the value of this bill?
Compare it to pre-2021 bills then.

I guess the only silver lining takeaway would be to wonder what this bill would look like if Dems controlled the House. $3 trillion? $5T? Regardless, there is no way to spin this other than its a major disappointment for conservatives.
