Black people had some really good successes around 2017,18 and 19. Unfortunately white liberal ideology and Covid made it all disappear

As the article states, black home ownership was *higher* in the 1950s than in 2019, despite widespread systemic racism

No, it coincides with shtty culture, entitlement mentality, terrible decision making, bad parenting and following the commands of their White Liberal Overlords.

These are problems the black community can fix but choose not to.

The gap is huge in both areas with the most segregation (new York, california) and cities with the most progressive laws.
