I know you said besides salad, but this dressing is a huge hit when I do wedge salads for parties.
Cut an iceberg wedge in 4ths, plate individually. Cousins Creole Tomato spooned on top of each wedge. Bacon lardons. Sliced grape tomatoes. Blue cheese crumbles. Everything But the Bagel seasoning. Balsamic glaze.
So, so good. Especially since blue cheese dressing traditionally served on a wedge can be polarizing.
