The first is understandable, but I'd love to know how someone didn't know that their employer didn't qualify.

I think some of that was on the admin mis-labeling employers. The DOE was not ready to deal with the PSLF program at all. Just your typical bureaucratic bullshite. I wonder what % of that 1% were bureaucrats in the DOE. I imagine a significant portion
