Nothing to do with racial diversity.
- Scandinavian Countries are wealthy
- Better work-life balance
- Diets that consist of real food, not snack packs, Doritos and fast food.
Oh yea - better universal education. Which would improve all the other items on the list.
That's really it.

Social cohesion and trust breaks down in diverse societies. Society just doesn’t function as well and outcomes are poorer for everyone.
