I hear ya, but this is an insult to 2nd tier soccer stadiums in South Sudan.

Lol the upper part of the lower is terrible, but the concourse is the size of a hallway. I usually walk down to the first floor, so would greatly approve.

I can confirm that work is being done on East. My company bid a small potion but I don’t know the rest of the scope.
