Just declare it a free trade zone, the market will do the rest. Real free trade doesnt require mediation.

I'd like it better if it was our factories and not China's. The Wal-Mart affect on the economy has consolidated wealth in the wrong hands. Yeah, the American consumer gets more cheap widgets and gadgets, but in the long run it will cost us so much more.
