If I was an omnipotent, infinite Creator, I would definitely use vague prophecies that can easily be misinterpreted instead of using plain language.
The Bible is meant to be a guide. Anyone thinking that words were written thousands of years ago to only be specific to today is just seeing what they want to see.
The perfect example is the rapture. The entire premise, which didn't even exist in Christianity until the 1800s, is based off of one vague line. You would think that something so important would not only be explicit, but talked about for more than 5 words. The whole idea that God created the universe using the very precise language of mathematics but then just decided to leave the most important thing up to interpretation is absurd.

I have Good News.
It is very simple. To know God you must know Jesus. The closer you follow Jesus the better your life will become and you win in the end, guaranteed. It’s awesome.
