The preamble is an important part. It communicates the intention of the constitution. So yeah, it's part of the document.
It says "we the people". I think we know who it's talking about.
They weren't thinking of people in Yemen when they wrote it.
Citizens of America? Yeah, that's probably what they meant.

Sure, and all that says is that the people created the Constitution. It speaks nothing to this particular discussion.
